After numerous offers from division I schools, Butte College baseball player, Bryce Armstrong, has committed to play in the Pac-12 for the University of Washington.
Armstrong graduated from Corning High School and pitched for the Roadrunners this past year. In his brief time at Butte College, he was named All-State pitcher for the 2021 season and aided the team in earning a Golden Valley Conference title.
On realizing his dream of playing power five baseball, Armstrong has said, “It’s something I have dreamed of since I was a little kid. Being able to move on and play D1 college baseball. My ultimate goal is to go to the major leagues.”
Armstrong began the University of Washington this September, joining the Pac-12 Athletic Conference; a collection of schools competing as a Power Five conference representing the western United States.
